Whether they broke or not, they look beautiful. You are brave and clever to try all of these wonderful recipes. Who would have thought to sway side to side to get perfectly even twigs! You did! Brilliant! I bet they were yummy in the end :-)

Love your post! Did you notice the tangerine oil causing any problems with your meringue? Oh, and great idea to move your body from side to side - you explained it perfectly too.

The tangerine oil? In fact it did make themeringue a little bit loose. Curious huh?
