Do these cookies freeze well? I'd like to bake them in advance for an event.

I've never tried to freeze them. I think so. My only concern is that the meringue might become soggy if you let condensation get to them.

I've never heard of noodle cookies before! These are so interesting. At first I thought you were going to make the cookies out of the noodle dough, lol. These are neat, thanks for sharing!

Everything about these cookies looks divine. The texture sounds amazing, and you had me at meringues, which I love. I grew up in an area with a large Russian population, so I'm familiar with so many of the dishes, but, have never tried, or even heard of these cookies. Thanks for sharing!

Me too. Both my grandparents were from Russia and while noodles were served all the time, they were never in cookies like this. Personally I love them. The texture is interesting. Thanks for your comment.
