Step one: Crack the egg shell at the widest part of the egg.
Step two: Hold the egg upright. Gently open it like you’re opening a box.
Step three: Separate the egg white from the yolk into a small bowl. Peel the top away and leave the egg yolk sitting firmly in the bottom half of the shell.
Step four: Gently transfer the egg yolk back and forth from half shell to half shell and watch the egg white fall away.
